TVPPA’s Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer Danette Scudder was recently honored with the Women’s International Network of Utility Professionals (WiNUP) Outreach, Achievement, Knowledge (OAK) Award.
The Oak Award honors a WiNUP member with at least 10 years of membership who has exhibited exceptional leadership and service within WiNUP. The award recognizes the member’s WiNUP involvement, responsibilities and leadership at the local and international level; and her efforts within the industry supporting WiNUP objectives. The award was presented at WiNUP’s annual conference in Charleston, S.C. during an awards banquet alongside other honorees.
“Being involved in WiNUP has been a personal and professional gift,” said Scudder. “My life and career are better for knowing and learning alongside these women.”
