TVPPA’s Communications Advisory Group and our Communications & Marketing team launched their latest communications toolkit this week, the Capacity & Reliability Toolkit.
The resources in this toolkit were crafted to help you discuss topics related to capacity, reliability, resiliency, and affordability with your community. It includes the following customizable content:
- talking points for LPC leaders
- frequently asked questions and answers for customer/member service professionals
- content for website, social, and editorial or paid media
- three extreme weather videos – an overview video and videos for hot and cold weather
